Register for FREE: If you want to start bidding right away, the first thing you need to do is follow our 2-Step registration process and confirm your email address. Once your registration is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with a link that you need to click in order to activate your account.
Load your account with a Bid- Pack : Bids come in packs of 20, 50, 105, 250 and 500.
Select the item you want and bid! : Once you've picked your item, start bidding and if you're the highest bidder when the timer runs out... you WIN!
In order to purchase bids, you must first register or be logged in. Once logged in, you will be able to choose from one of our Bid Packs under "My Account". Click the 'Buy Bids' button and proceed to the Secure Checkout area.
You can see a complete history of all your transactions, including the bids you've placed on auctions and the Bid Packs you've purchased, by clicking on My Account page.
Congratulations on winning an auction!
You now have two simple steps to follow in order to complete the transaction and have the item shipped right to your door. As soon as you win an auction, in the Details page, you'll notice that the timer has been replaced with a personalized message with a link to claim your prize. Clicking this link will redirect you to our Secure Checkout Area where we offer several options for you to pay for your item. In the event that you decide to keep bidding or simply logout without claiming your win, you'll be notified we'll send you an email. To complete the transaction, just click the link in the email and we'll take you to your My Account page. Please make sure to claim your item within 48 hours of winning the auction. Should you decide not to claim your item, for whatever reason, within 7 days for Regular auction. Your auction win will automatically expire.
All of our shipping costs appear at the bottom of each Auction Details page and are for delivery within India. Some shipping conditions and/or additional costs may apply if the delivery address is located in outlying regions of India. For international users, shipping charges will be calculated based on location and will be provided to you once the auction is won. For more on shipping, contact our support
bidbos.in will ship anywhere in India. Occasionally there will be conditions on your shipping rate depending on your location. If you are outside of the subcontinent, contact our support for shipping rates to your country.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers as soon as we've received your payment. Although the delivery time can vary based on the products, most of them will take between 2-3 weeks to get there. As soon as your item has been shipped, we will notify you by email. In the rare event that you have not received your item after the normal delay, please contact our support team and we will immediately take care of getting your item to your doorstep. If, at any point, you'd like to find out the status of your item, contact our support and we will take care of tracking it for you. Make sure you include your full name, Username and Auction ID when contacting us.
In order to perform any of the actions listed below, you will first need to be logged in to your account. The first thing you'll need to do is login to your account. You'll then notice that everything pertaining to your account is conveniently located on one page for easy access. Click on the My Account tab at the top of the page, among the 4 main tabs. You can change the information by clicking on one of the options in the menu on the left and selecting the edit button, where available. Most of the info can be changed; however, the following fields cannot be changed without contacting our Support Team first: Username, First/Last Name, Gender, DOB and Email Address.

You can only store 2 addresses - one for billing and one for delivery. If no delivery address is entered, we will ship any items to your billing address automatically. Please ensure that any address entered is valid and complete to avoid any shipping delays.

You are ready to claim your item! In order to ensure prompt shipping so you can enjoy your item right away, you will be expected to claim and pay for your item within 72 hours of winning the auction. All you have to do is go to My Account, select My account, click and follow the steps to complete the order. If you have any questions, contact the support and we'll be happy to assist you.
All of the items being auctioned at bidbos.in are brand new and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Should you require further assistance regarding specific items, please contact our support and we will be happy to assist you.
bidbos.in is happy to Help. Our goal is to make sure that you receive exactly what you won in auction, brand new, with a full warranty and shipped directly to your doorstep. Occasionally, a shipping mishap could lead to a damaged item. Contact our support right away and cite your username, tracking number and any other information relevant to your item. We will take care of picking up the item from you and express shipping it to our warehouse facilities. After an inspection, we will contact you with the results. If the item is indeed defective, we will immediately ship you out a replacement item of equal or higher quality. Your satisfaction is one of our many goals.
Once you win an auction, you will be contacted by email. If you decide you no longer want the item, contact our support and we will be more than happy to Help you. Make sure you include your username, the auction ID of the won item, reason for the return and anything else that may be relevant to your situation with this specific auction. Please note that upon returning the item, we offer a refund for the final Auction price of the won item as well as the original shipping costs. The cost of any bids spent on the auction as well as return shipping costs are non-refundable. Our job at bidbos.in.com is to keep you happy and we take our work very seriously. If you decide that you no longer want the item within 2 days of delivery, we will gladly provide you with a refund of the final auction price of the won item as well as the original shipping costs only if the card has not been used. The cost of the bids placed on the Auction as well as return shipping costs are non-refundable. The item must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Upon returning an item, please contact our support. Be sure to include your Username, Auction ID and anything else that may be relevant to your situation with this specific auction.
